Hi, I'm James Lambert and I am honoured to be JCI UK's Leadership Excellence in Action Programme (LEAP) Director for 2015. I attended LEAP in 2013 and loved the event so much that, to stay involved, I joined the organising committee last year. Before I attended LEAP I wouldn't have dreamt of taking on the role of LEAP Director!

JCI UK want to make our flagship leadership academy accessible to as many members as possible. To help members who might not otherwise be able to attend there are four £75 bursaries available for JCI UK members wishing to attend LEAP 2015.
