We are thrilled to announce our board for the upcoming year. With their fresh ideas, leadership experience, and dedication to our mission, we are confident that these new board members will help shape the future of our organisation and take our impact to the next level.
We are delighted to introduce the following individuals who have been elected to our board:
Mutiat Ibrahim - President
Mutiat is stepping into the role of President with a wealth of experience in Leadership and Community Development. Having been a member of JCI London for years, she has already made a significant impact through volunteering and executing projects. Her passion for quality education and strong leadership skills make her suitable for this position.
Uttkarsha Paudel - Head of Operations
Uttkarsha has recently joined JCI London and is committed to making societal impacts by bringing a combination of strategic focus, operational expertise and a strong commitment to achieving the goals of the Organisation.
Alan Yiu - Head of Events
Alan is an accomplished professional photographer and has been an active JCI member for years. He has been instrumental in JCI events and programs and we know that his innovative ideas will be a huge asset as we continue to build a vibrant and inclusive community.
Melis Polat- Director of Partnerships
With a background in building effective cross-functional relationships with strong stakeholders at all levels, Melis will be taking on this role. As someone who has shown immense commitment to personal development and social impact, She will undoubtedly bring a fresh perspective and an enthusiasm for tackling new challenges and focus on maintaining the already established partnerships with JCI London and securing new partners.
Latifat Afolabi-Bakare - Director of Membership
Latifat hope to strengthen JCI London’s network and create lasting impact for our members and the community. She is committed to drive membership growths through strategic outreach and impactful programs and hope to empower members by fostering leadership development , networking and active participation.
These newly elected board members are set to bring their diverse skills, passion, and dedication to JCI London as we move forward. We are incredibly excited to work together to create new opportunities, deliver impactful events, and drive positive change within our community.
This year, we are focused on continuing to provide value to our members, nurturing future leaders, and supporting initiatives that create real change. With this new leadership team in place, we’re confident that we’ll be able to achieve even more.
