Mindful Matters Mental Health Survey

We want to hear from young professionals in Sheffield about their experiences of mental health.

Mindful Matters will consider what help, support and services people have found useful and seek ideas and suggestions for improving mental wellbeing. We’ll be gathering views via group sessions* and anonymous surveys throughout March and April. If you’re aged between 18 – 40, live in the Sheffield region and have direct or indirect experience with mental health, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re extremely grateful to Healthwatch Sheffield for awarding us a Speak Up Small Grant to kickstart the project.

Aims of Mindful Matters

  • To understand the kind of support that young professionals (aged 18 – 40) find the most useful and how they want to access such support.
  • To identify recommended coping techniques.
  • To collate the above information and share key takeaways with other young professionals.
* Forums will be run on: Tues 23rd March 11:30am-12:30pm | Thurs 25th March 7pm-8pm |
Sat 10th April 2pm-3pm
