I started the year talking about how we can be inspired to inspire and I believe in the power of our behaviours can affect those of others.  I believe that we as members of JCI UK can go even further and I ask that 2013 focusses on Inspiring Action!  By this I mean that as well as inspiring action in our members that those actions should be inspirational in themselves.

Graduating from JCI Academy in July was an amazing achievement and since getting back I have been putting some of my new skills to the test and working on the 2013 JCI plan of action.  A key focus for me is to have a great team of people guiding the organisation.  For a strong year we need a strong team and I am currently looking for people that are interested in getting involved on a national level in 2013.  

If this is you then please do get in touch whatever areas of opportunity you are interested in. I am particularly looking for a skilled admin person for next year and people passionate about membership recruitment and retention and marketing.  There are also opportunities for those that have a keen business focus and lots of connections, a keen interest in flying the flag for the UK and anyone that cares about new chamber development and support.  If you have an idea or a skill that isn't listed then I still want to hear from you.There will also be an open planning session for 2013 on the afternoon of Saturday 15th September in Leeds so let me know if you are interested in attending.I look forward to hearing from you
