We love seeing the work that our members put in to both their local communities, but sometimes we don't get a chance to recognise and celebrate all of your achievements.

To help recognise the efforts of our members this year, we have created the 'I Stepped Up' award - a limited edition, collectable button badge. Anyone who's visited a JCI international conference will know just how sought-after national pins are!

Of course, we would love to receive nominations from members, local officers and Presidents about who they think deserves this recognition and why. There is no complicated criteria; you just need to let us know how the nominated member has stepped up: perhaps they've tried a new activity or taken the initiative to lead a local project, or perhaps you're just really impressed with the way they've engaged in their communities.

When you get your badge, make sure you get a selfie with the National Team director who awarded it to you, and post it on social media with the hashtag: #ISteppedUp. Just like this one!
