We are on a mission to combat the scarcity of skilled trainers in our regions by collaborating on this vital initiative. The program will consist of regular monthly JCI Certified courses trainings that cover vital subjects, leading up to an intensive two-day boot camp, certfication and graduation. The
objective is to refine existing trainers ande equip prospective trainers with enhanced capabilities and knowledge.

Our Objectives:

• Develop a new pool of certified trainers within JCI
• Enhance the skills of trainers in project management, people management, meeting management, team building, and the ever-expanding world of JCI certified courses
• Provide an intensive boot camp to hone training techniques, meeting facilitation, and time management skills.
