An Introduction to Leadership

Session Objectives;
i) To give participants an introduction to leadership
ii) To provide them with an action plan to take away and work on.

This interactive session includes identifying what makes a good leader , discussing the specific qualities and traits that they demonstrate and providing a simple action plan complete with questions which participants can use to develop their own leadership styles.
