JCI London's Extraordinary General Meeting will be held Thursday, 31st March 2022 at 7.00pm (Attendees should be seated by 6.40pm for networking)

The purpose of the meeting is to conduct the business as set out on the following agenda:

AGENDA

1. Welcome
2. Attendance/apologies
3. Election and appointment of the proposed Governance Committee Members
4. Approval and voting of the proposed amendments to the Constitution
5. To consider, and if necessary, to give effect to any other business or motion of which notice in writing has been given to the President (email JCI London President, Mirjam Kaerma).
6. Close of Meeting
7. After 8:30 pm Socialising & Networking @Scratch Bar

If you wish to attend the EGM it will be much appreciated if you could book via the JCI UK website by 29th March in order to have the number of attendees confirmed and all necessary bookings made before the evening.

Prior to and subsequent to the meeting, there will be socializing and networking opportunities, as well.
