Working in groups of 5, developing pitches to present to the group.

Collaborative exercise that mirrors JCI team projects, helping members build leadership, teamwork and project development skills essential for running local initiatives.

6 x 3-minute pitches including 10 minutes for group feedback 

Participants practice presenting ideas and receiving feedback, necessary competencies for JCI leadership roles. Also links with public speaking and stakeholder engagement, two key skills needed to be a successful future JCI board member/leader.
