The journey of a JCI Leader has no real end. In this interactive course, participants learn how to

take the skills that they learned within JCI and apply them to the world at large. Through group

activities and discussion, participants will explore how JCI prepares its members to navigate the

dynamic challenges that leaders face in a changing world. They will discover how to create

sustainable impact in JCI and beyond.
